how the process works
Step One
Email me with a brief overview of your business, your current email platform (Mailchimp, Mailerlite, etc.), and what you would like to achieve from email marketing.
Step Two
I’ll respond with my current availability and arrange a short discovery call to discuss your business, your email list, and whether the service is a good fit.
Step Three
If we decide to work together, we’ll confirm the monthly service and I’ll send your first invoice, which are billed in advance and must be paid before work begins.
Step Four
Once payment is received, we’ll schedule a strategy call to review your existing email activity, audience, and any previous campaigns.
Step Five
Based on this review, and once I have access to your email provider, I’ll plan your first campaign and we'll agree the schedule for upcoming emails.
Step Six
Your campaigns will then be written, built, and scheduled within your email platform. Each month we’ll review performance and plan the next campaigns.
